  • Hover over Add… in the menu bar
  • Choose User from the popup menu
  • Fill out required account details

Managing mailbox quotas

To adjust the email quota for a user, follow these steps:

  • Once logged into the Postmaster Admin, click on your domain name to access the list of users.
  • Locate the user whose quota you want to change.
  • Click on the user’s settings and find the Quota field.
  • Enter the desired quota size.
  • Click Save to apply the new quota.
