- Hover over Add… in the menu bar
- Choose User from the popup menu
- Fill out required account details
Managing mailbox quotas
To adjust the email quota for a user, follow these steps:
- Once logged into the Postmaster Admin, click on your domain name to access the list of users.
- Locate the user whose quota you want to change.
- Click on the user’s settings and find the Quota field.
- Enter the desired quota size.
- Click Save to apply the new quota.
