Account Profile Management
Learn how to manage your Tibus Cloud account profile, security settings, and preferences.
Personal Information
You can update your account information at any time:
- Click your name in the top right corner
- Select "Profile Settings"
- You can modify:
- Full name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Contact phone number
- Email preferences
- Click "Save Changes" to update your information
Password Management
To change your password:
- Go to Profile Settings
- Click "Security"
- Select "Change Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click "Update Password"
Two-Factor Authentication
Managing 2FA Settings
- Navigate to Profile Settings > Security
- Under "Two-Factor Authentication" you can:
- View when 2FA was last used
- Generate new backup codes
- Reset 2FA (requires current 2FA code)
Resetting 2FA
If you need to reset your 2FA (e.g., got a new phone):
- Go to Profile Settings > Security
- Click "Reset 2FA"
- Verify with your current password
- Enter a code from your existing authenticator app or use a backup code
- Scan the new QR code with your new authenticator app
- Enter the code from your new authenticator to complete the setup
Lost Access to 2FA
If you've lost access to both your authenticator app and backup codes:
- Contact Tibus Support
- You'll need to verify your identity through alternative means
- Once verified, support can help reset your 2FA
Contact Preferences
Manage how we communicate with you:
- Go to Profile Settings > Notifications
- Configure preferences for:
- Service updates and maintenance notifications
- Billing alerts
- Security notifications
- Marketing communications
- Choose your preferred contact method for each type of notification
