Manage your payment methods and monitor resource usage in your Tibus Cloud account.

Payment Methods

Managing Credit Cards

1. Go to Billing > Payment Methods
2. Here you can:
   • Add new credit cards
   • Set a default payment method
   • Remove old cards
   • Update expiring cards

Credit Card Security

• All credit card information is securely stored using industry-standard encryption
• We do not store complete card numbers, only the last 4 digits
• All transactions are processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor

Usage Monitoring

Current Usage

View your current resource usage:

1. Navigate to Billing > Usage
2. See real-time metrics for:
   • Compute resources (CPU, RAM)
   • Storage usage
   • Network bandwidth
   • Additional services

Usage Alerts

Set up alerts to monitor your spending:

1. Go to Billing > Usage Alerts
2. Configure alerts based on:
   • Monthly spending thresholds
   • Resource usage limits
   • Specific service quotas
3. Choose notification methods:
   • Email
   • SMS (if configured)
   • Dashboard notifications

Billing Cycles

• Billing cycles run from the 1st to the last day of each month
• Usage is calculated based on actual resource consumption
• Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month
• Payment is automatically processed using your default payment method

Payment History

Access your payment history:

1. Go to Billing > Payments
2. View:
   • Past payments
   • Transaction dates
   • Payment methods used
   • Invoice numbers

Invoices

Accessing Invoices

1. Navigate to Billing > Invoices
2. Download invoices in PDF format
3. View detailed breakdowns of:
   • Resource usage
   • Service charges
   • Taxes and fees

Invoice Settings

Customize your invoice settings:

1. Go to Billing > Invoice Settings
2. Configure:
   • Business name and address
   • Tax ID/VAT number
   • Additional invoice recipients
   • Invoice currency preference
