Email stuck in Outbox / Not receiving new email

If emails are stuck in your Outbox or you receive an error in email client when checking/sending email, then please follow the steps below:

  • First confirm your internet access is working OK by visiting a website as your normally would.
  • If the internet connection is working, then visit mail.tibus.net and confirm you can reach it successfully.

Note

If you get a connection error in the last step, then its likely your IP address has been blocked by our servers due to a potential security concern and to protect your accounts and data.
